This modiefies your pak0.pak and takes out
the smoke trails on your rockets and grenades. It adds a small amount of speed and
may prevent some lag in a heave gl/rl battle.
This utility allows you to view the inside of
your pak0.pak file. It is like a windows explorer but examines the inside of files.
