This page is mostly dedicated to quake. This is a great multi-player 3d first person shoot-em up game played on the internet.

Killjoy, DanQ, Blaster, Ledfoot and I checked pings at the upcoming crackwhore battle site. Pings weren't much different then the cj server we will play at, but the crackwhore server had phone jacks, in other words... lots of lag, pauses's every few feet....

Here is a quote from Disrupter of ID software:

"Rocket Juggling" If someone with 200 health, 200 armor jumps towards you and you blast them up high into a corner, fire rockets where they are going to land and you'll pop them back up in the air again. Clan NEWS:

• I've decided a rule about the upcoming match against the Crackwhore's that will decide who plays. Basically it is simple.. and should probably be implemented by whoever sets up any future matches.

  To decide who will play, we will meet the night before the match.. it doesn't matter if we all meet at the same time as long as you talk to the leader of that Clan Match... He will assign area's to control in the two maps... So if you want to play on Wednesday at 10pm Central time. You need to get with me sometime prior to then... like Tuesday night and if that isn't good for you let me know.. I will meet you or you can meet with someone I have met with... This way you are assigned which fight you will play in one or both and what area of the map is your responsibility, We have e4m3 figured out with 4 players but need to go over it if we choose to play it with 3 players.. but if we do we probably won't win.. since there is so much lag at the crackwhore server. E4m3 is too big to make up for the slaughter we could see at another clan's server if there is a ping disparity or lots o lag. Let me know what you think of this idea? Also here is who I have planning to show for fight: DanQ, Blaster, Killjoy, Ledfoot, Weezer and I. If I have that wrong let me know, if you aren't on the list let me know. It looks like it will be 3 on one level and 3 on the other level at this time... If more members want to play we will have some type of random choosing... I've wanted to get an order to rate who plays... should we get this started? and then you challenge a member to play at the next clan match? Let me know..

Wow, had a blast last night! We played Night Marcher's in a Clan fight. Was fun. I watched at there server, thank god, was fun to see. And of course I enjoyed playin on our loaned server, (thank u cj's). Not very fair match up on either side. But Big Jeff wanted to scrimmage, I said why scrimmage. We hardly get to play so make it count.

I did make a mistake, I forgot the winner gets to total both matches if each level is won by the other. I guess the only fair way to do something with such a disparity on pings would be to play 4 games, same two games at each server and add the total.

Good Job Night Marcher's! You kicked our butt. Way to go all you players who played on each server with 600+ pings, it's a long 20 min, you all have alot of class.

Match one was played on DM3 at Hades in Hawaii. Clan NightMarchers had 116 to -6 for Clan HOPw.

• Pings for 3 NM's were sub 200 and sub 250 for other NM. Didn't get Killjoy's ping but he claims around 250 and Nightmare and Danq ran 625 to 725 all game with Led bringing up the rear with 650 to 850 pings. Not much of a shot.

Match 2 was reversed a bit for Clan NightMarcher's. We had 76 frags to their 11 frags.

• My pings were 320 to 350. Nightmare, Hornet and DanQ around 380 to 430 pings. NM's had one player around 390 to 450, another from 450 to 500 and two NM's were in the 600's.

Total Clan NM 127 to Clan HOPw 70

Four hours to go to Clan HOPw vs Clan Night Marcher's match. I'm crossing my finger's that my isp doesn't go to OZ since there are storm's here in Kansas.

I've added two new mid's to the jukebox. Make sure you wait for the background music to finish before executing the jukebox.

I made a new button for Hornet. He has been updating his page big time today. Check it out. The button is on our clan page. I haven't decided if I am going to use it on the links page yet.

First of all, Happy Birthday to my sister! Hope you are having a great day. I had a good weekend, Nightmare came to visit with his wife and my cousin's family and aunt came to visit. We had a nice weekend.

I got lucky today, my wife bought me an awe64 SoundBlaster for $99. hmm wonder if I should keep it? is it a good one for that price or do I need to wait for the bigger and better stuff coming out?

Make sure you change Hornet's email and web page address's, today they changed.

Good Morning, or whatever time of day it is there. Nightmare.HOPw is here to visit for the weekend so won't be on playing as much as usual. But he brought his notebook 133mhz 40mb ram and we took on Killjoy a bit last night.

Congratulations to Blaster.HOPw he will have a new addition to his little clan.... Baby Blaster is expected to arrive in December.

Congratulations to Ledfoot.HOPw he has completed the Mplayer tourney. He said it was a fun experience but not fair, and a lot of lag. Here is Ledfoot's quote:

Damn it's OZ again for my ISP..... YELLOW BRICK ROAD... FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD.... No storms last night I have no idea why it went down.

Guess I had to do something with my time off the net so here is what I goofed around doing.

I also have this gif, you can use either one or the one on DanQ's page I made the worm on the contents page purple, it's also an animation.

DanQ spent all Morning working on a new button. Check it out on the files page. It's Heads Now and it is his first button, pretty darn good.

ISP down again Killjoy, hehe they went to OZ again since we had storms again... Damnit they need to follow the yellow brick road and get it up working quicker.

Go to the ICQ Homepage again there is a new version of ICQ out. Version 1.11beta.

I would like to welcome our newest member to Clan HOPw. He has found a new nest and his name is HORnet.HOPw.

I ran into Killjoy at 205.139.62.15 wow was he flying with 180 pings, hehe, ok so now we know it couldn't actually be Killjoy.HOPw. But Killjoy almost beat me but came in second 35 to my 40. But I did meet the real Killjoy and he and I and Hornet met and went to play CTF4.0 at 204.210.130.123 and pretty much lost, if you call the 3 Clan Chosen (CTF only Clan) members 150 points each to our 1 point total losing, hehe. OK, So we need some CTF practice.

Bummer we had some lighting and thunderstorms and for the second time in a week my ISP went down. I sure hope this isn't a sign of how the summer is going to be.

• Ledfoot finish's 675th on phase 1 with 121 frag's 200 kill's against 47 opponent's not bad led . but phase 2 start's tomorrow Saturday 05/17/97 at noon. And end's 05/23/97 at noon so there's a whole lotta fragin to be done . So go get um Ledfoot we want a ride in dat car hehehe. Good luck goes out to Ledfoot from all HOPw member's.

Hope I don't get Killed by Kill, hehe. Sorry Led for not keepin up to date.

Well, got a crazy thought.... I'm wondering if I should just go pay Ledfoot a visit from July 16th to July 20th.. So your wondering why would I pay Ledfoot a visit... and not you? Well you should be thinking of crashing his house too. Yea do it! Quakecon97 that's why! It's in Dallas Texas, home to our very own Ledfoot.

Wow CTF4.0 - Killjoy, Hornet, DanQ, Col, Undertaker and Ledfoot all played that yesterday! Wow talk about some cool maps.. Ok so we suck, hehe but it was fun to see the quality of some of the 32 player maps!

Today I updated the files page even more. Some links to some popular patches. Also added a new background to my links page and the favorite sites page. So far no confirmation on the upcoming matches.

I have added a few demo's to my files page. One is an entertaining demo on rocket jumping from the Rocket Jumper's Guide. The other is a funny demo of 3 goofballs with axes. I forgot where I got it and haven't come across it again. So here it surfaces again. There is also a very nice screensaver added to the files page (only 11kb)!

Today I have updated the files page and added some new links to fvf, ctf and team fortress. I have also redone some of the Clan HOPw page, nothing really new there just a moving things around. More changes will be coming to the files page soon.

Congratulations to DanQ He and CrazeeeNDHead beat Killjoy.HOPw and I on E4M3 twice. DanQ led both matches!! Way to go HOPw!

News of the Day. Breaking story: Ledfoot of the HOPw advances to Phase 2 of the Biggest Quake Tournament to Date!!!!!!!!! Woohoo way to go Ledfoot!! Check out Killjoy's new frames page along with background music.. Sounds like DanQ is busy taking Pictures for the weekly pics page.. Grab the old ones before they get deleted in the next day or so..

Today I have just added background sound back on to most of my pages. It will only loop once then you can choose which sound files you want to listen too. I have sent a Clan challenge to Tease of Clan Crackwhores and Jade of Clan PMS to have a clan fight with each of them. Hope to hear if they accept the challenge soon.

I also re-did the clan HOPw page hopefully it is easier to read and better organized.

Woohoo!!!! Clan HOPw gets it's first win in a clan fight! Tonight Ledfoot.HOPw and I played Clan HOP which consisted of Grinder (HOP) and WilyWabbit (HOP). They provided excellent competition. Check out the result's on our resident reporter's page!

Check out DanQ.HOP'w page. He has been making a lot of updates and changes. I just added some buttons on his contents page. He also modified my Wormburner's Now button and changed to Clan HOPw Now, take your pic from my clan HOPw button on his contents page or his on his links page, please use to link to Clan HOPw's page. Doesn't look like it's going to be a Quake weekend, my parent's are visiting so it looks like Dad and I will go hit some Wormburner's on the golf course, hehe. Have fun Quake-in!

What a bummer, my ISP went down last night so I couldn't get on and play quake, hehe :( Well that was probably good. I got my hard drive cleaned up and ready to roll.

Hi, Killjoy and I played a new patch at volcano.lava.net. It has a lot of different weapons, from poison arrows, freezeguns, bfg, nukes, heads and cujo, basically 3 to 4 choices per weapon. You can download the patch at volcano.lava.net/quake its KQF or try to find at mpog.

DanQ has his Marion Computer's page (broken link) updated, thanks to me, hehe Well ya know he is a busy guy. So doesn't get web pages completed that quickly. Anyway check out the page to see his special's of the month. Maybe you'll even want to order one from him!!! If those systems aren't what you are looking for, he can build a computer to your taste.
