Joe's Journal ONLINE was set up to be used best with frames, a function
which divides the page into parts, but you can still surf this site by
clicking on the "menu" frame. This allows you to scroll through to
different pages on the site. I'm just sorry that you will not get to
appreciate all of the graphics and pictures. Enjoy this site anyway, and
