Real-Time Computer Systems Laboratory
The Real-time Systems Laboratory is where computer engineering students expand their understanding of how operating systems can be used to implement complex computer-based systems. Students use the UNIX operating system to support a multitasking processing environment and manage the real-time processing requirements on the system. This laboratory is an integral part of the course CPEN 428 Real-Time Computer Systems Engineering, which is a 3-credit core course in the computer engineering program. It is offered in the spring semester of the senior year. |
