Nancy M. Chase is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at Gonzaga University where she has just completed her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. Prior to joining Gonzaga University, she worked in the information systems area in utility, banking and state government industries for over 20 years. Her research interests include organizational behavior, occupational cultures within organizations, the structure of IT organizations, and the business performance impacts of information systems.
