The assignment was to write a short essay on one of four suggested topics. I chose "There should not be any required courses in college."
Grade Received: "3.5 out of 4"

In-Class Essay #1 - 09.11.00 (English Composition)
The assignment was to compare two things that at first appear dissimilar, but upon closer examination appear alike. I chose to compare high school to college.

Descriptive Essay - 09.12.00 (English Composition)
The assignment was to write a descriptive essay. I chose to describe the character Tyler Durden from the movie Fight Club.

The assignment was to compare how the view on a particular topic varies among different groups or classes. I chose to write about the different views on drug use in america.

The assignment was to write an essay about some of the stories we read in class. This essay will seem more relevant if you have already read Beowulf and several stories of Arthurian Legend.
